Exciting things are afoot at Adventure Pet! After over a year of clients encouraging (and sometimes begging) us to open a boarding facility, plans are in the works to do exactly that. We have officially purchased a building and property in south Reno to create what we are calling BaseCamp. This DayCamp and boarding facility has been designed to accommodate all the ideas and suggestions that clients have provided to us over the last many months. Things such as social boarding, no limits on when a dog can be dropped off or picked up, shuttle service for boarding drop off and pick up, and of course not missing out on adventures when the folks are away are just a few of the most important things clients have asked for.
BaseCamp will be a high end boarding experience. Dogs will play in small groups designed around personalities and abilities, and will be led and overseen by our staff. We’ll provide lots of outside time as well as water play when the weather is warm. While we have a variety of luxury condos for dogs of all sizes we don’t expect pups to spend a whole lot of time in them. The adventure will be non-stop while parents are away.
