Grooming

We’re happy to share that we are re-opening our grooming services on a limited, soft-launch basis. As many of you know, we’ve offered grooming in the past, and this re-opening is intentionally being done on a smaller scale to ensure a positive experience for both pets and staff as we rebuild this department thoughtfully. At this point, grooming appointments can only be scheduled in addition to a full DayCamp reservation or a boarding reservation, from Wednesday-Friday, from 12p-5pm. This can be done through your online portal

Grooming services are provided by Hannah, a long-time member of our team and an experienced dog handler. While Hannah does not hold a formal grooming certification, she has extensive hands-on experience as an apprentice groomer, has worked with dogs for many years, and regularly grooms her own dogs as well as those of friends, family, and staff members. Grooming has always been a passion of hers, and she’s incredibly excited to return to it in a more official capacity. Because this is a soft launch and Hannah is still considered an apprentice groomer, we want to be fully transparent: grooms may not always meet the standards of a seasoned professional groomer. That said, the care, patience, and attention your dogs receive will never be compromised. While our pricing will be slightly lower than many local competitors, our commitment to your dog’s comfort and well-being remains just as high.

Again, all clients must have an account, pay for an evaluation, and participate in DayCamp or boarding to qualify for grooming services. Our current grooming offerings are listed below. All services include a bath, blow dry, and nail trim. We can also add a de-shed service to a tidy up or outline cut at a discounted rate. Price ranges are based on weight and coat condition.

De-Shedding Services:

Perfect for heavy shedders and seasonal coat blowouts. Our de-shedding service gently removes loose undercoat using professional techniques and products. This service is designed to reduce shedding, improve coat health, and keep your pet comfortable in the warmer seasons. Great for dogs who don’t need a trim but deserve to look and feel their best.

Tidy up (Face, Feet and Fanny):

A quick refresh between full grooms. This service focuses on light trimming and clean-up of the face, feet, and sanitary areas to keep your pet neat, comfortable, and hygienic. Perfect for maintaining a polished look without a full haircut.

· With Deshed: $60-125

Outline Cut:

Designed to enhance your pet’s natural shape without removing overall coat length. We lightly trim and shape the body, legs, chest, tail, and feathers for a clean, balanced finish while keeping that full, fluffy look. Ideal for double-coated and longer-haired breeds.

Puppy Package:

A gentle introduction to the grooming experience for puppies. This service focuses on comfort, confidence, and positive handling while teaching your pup the basics of grooming. Includes a bath, blow-dry, light trimming around the face and paws if needed, nail trim, and lots of patience and praise.
